Improving Activity, Reducing Isolation and Promoting Social Inclusion for Young People with Special Educational Needs

Marjorie McClure School (in Chislehurst, Kent) is “an outstanding school with a strong sense of community that values each individual pupil, whatever their special educational needs or disability”. The school identified a number of learning outcomes for their nominated group:  To increase physical activity, To promote leadership and confidence skills and To reduce isolation and promote social inclusion.

Community Golf designed a specific programme across three groups with a total of 23 participants aged 16-19.
